About the Position:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our On Call team, delivering reassurance, assistance, and practical support to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, emergency services, and family members, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Specialists to provide a continuous community alarm service to our clients.
- Handle incoming alarm calls, addressing medical emergencies, requests for caregiver support, and property maintenance needs.
- Facilitate a range of services for clients, contractors, and visitors, from providing advice to coordinating emergency repairs.
- Document outcomes and ensure that relevant information is communicated to appropriate parties for effective assistance.
- Utilize established procedures and database information to make informed decisions while having the autonomy to exercise judgment when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry from various communication channels.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a strong command of MS Office applications.
- Experience in remote client interactions, with a focus on understanding their needs.
- Prior experience in elder care, community alarms, or call center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to meet performance targets and engage in personal development.
