Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Director to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring both strategic and tactical excellence in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational development of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions across the account
  • Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders
  • Develop and propose propositions, ensuring a pipeline of innovative solutions
  • Set up and manage client interactions across the country account, focusing on innovation and best practice sharing
  • Manage staffing and competence development of employees, ensuring a balance between resources and performance
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and operational processes
  • Develop and lead the delivery of Soft and Hard Services, driving business growth and profitability
  • Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract, optimizing profit and ensuring long-term sustainability

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PFI)
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering Facilities Management services in both Hard and Soft FM, preferably in the Healthcare sector
  • Experience in managing multiple teams and service streams, driving business growth and efficiency
  • Delivering in a complex environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in running a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
