Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Matchtech Energy. The successful candidate will be working at Valero's Pembroke Oil Refinery in South Wales.

Job Requirements:
  • NVQ L3 qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid CCNSG safety passport or equivalent.
  • In-date DBS Certificate to gain site access.
  • Successful completion of an Alcohol & Drugs test on the first day of the contract.
Shift Pattern:

The successful candidate will be required to work a 6 week contract with a shift pattern of:

  • September and October: days on / 1 day off shift pattern.
  • 9.5 hour days.
  • Both days and nights available.
Remuneration:

The successful candidate will receive:

  • £21.27 per hour basic.
  • £29.78 per hour for OT hours over 40 each week (Monday to Friday).
  • £38.29 per hour for Sunday hours.
  • Travel and accommodation allowances available.
