Automotive Painter

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team at HR Services and Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and cleaning repaired bodywork, preparing the surface to be painted, and applying the paint with a spray machine or hand held spray gun. Key responsibilities include:

* Examining and cleaning repaired bodywork to ensure a smooth finish

* Preparing the surface to be painted by cleaning, buffing, and polishing it to perfection

* Mixing colours to match the rest of the body colour using computerised paint mixing technology

* Applying the paint with a spray machine or hand held spray gun to achieve a high-quality finish

* Buffing and polishing the surface between coats to ensure a flawless finish

* Maintaining accurate records of materials used and staying up to date with new products and working methods
