Are you ready to help some of the world's top Systems Integrators and technology partners harness the full potential of cloud computing technologies? As a Partner Sales Solutions Architect at Amazon, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers and partners to design, build, and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our managed systems integrators, providing architectural guidance and recommendations to promote and accelerate partner engagements worldwide.
  • Ensure customer and partner success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
  • Lead deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS, ensuring successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Be an AWS evangelist, educating customers and partners of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS.
  • Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, such as white papers, blogs, and proof of concepts.
  • In partnership with the sales and partner team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS and its partner solutions.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.
Requirements

Demonstrable hands-on implementation or consulting experience and a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Experience working with end-user or developer communities.

5+ years of experience in infrastructure and network architecture, DevOps, or software engineering.

3+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with Enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud or architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.

Familiarity with common enterprise services (Directory Services, Information Assurance, Virtual Desktop, etc.) and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with both external and internal executives, IT Management, and developers.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly, such as AWS Certification, e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
