  • Proven ability to translate developer documentation into clear and concise technical documents.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure accurate and easy-to-understand information.
  • Strong technical writing skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
