About the Role
Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing outpatient procedures
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- NMC registration and current practicing certificate
- Previous experience working in a surgical ward or outpatient setting
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible and positive attitude with a warm, considerate, and empathetic character
