Group Financial Accountant

GetRecruited UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for producing financial accounts for multiple legal entities and the group consolidated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Group Year End and Interim financial statements, in line with accountancy standards and internal policy.
  • Working closely with the Internal Auditor and resolving accounting queries.
  • Overseeing and signing off on the Monthly Management Accounts prior to being presented to the CFO / Board.
  • Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
  • Assisting with Payroll across the group of companies.
  • Responsible for VAT, Corporation Tax, Other Taxes, and Statutory Submissions.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA Qualified, with experience in an Accountancy practice.
  • Experience of Group Accounting and Group Consolidated Accounting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Tax, such as Corporation Tax.
  • Intermediate level or above with MS Excel.
