Job Title: Registered Manager Residential Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centered care is delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-quality care home.
