Job Title: Cook

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 10 hours per week

Flexibility: Fully flexible, including weekends

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at British Garden Centres. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  • Follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • Manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Monitor portion size and waste
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy kitchen
  • Creative at making dishes but also able to work to specifications
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good time management skills
