YHA Stratford upon Avon is a unique and welcoming hostel located in a rural setting, offering a range of rooms and amenities to guests from all over the world. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming hospitality to all guests, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their stay.
  • Work on reception, offering insights and recommendations to guests about the hostel and local area.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality.
