We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team in Bromley. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social and emotional support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.
  • Support individuals with their daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and outings, such as farm visits, swimming, and shopping.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and friends.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, including autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
