**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Fitter to join our team at Airbus Broughton. As a key member of our Wing Build Production section, you will play a crucial role in assembling wings for commercial aircraft.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble and fit aircraft wings, ensuring high-quality and precision
* Conduct repairs on metallic and composite materials
* Engage in general fittings and component installations
* Work in confined spaces or at heights, as required

**Requirements:**

* Completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship
* Previous experience in similar roles, such as Sheet Metal Workers, Metal Fabricators, Welders, or Mechanical Fitters
* Self-motivation with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Openness to continuous improvement processes and innovative approaches
* Knowledge and adherence to high Health and Safety standards
