About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to join our team in the Hospitality sector. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for assisting Audit Managers in the servicing of clients, including audit planning, reviews, and audit completion.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their growth and development.
  • Liaise with other service lines, including IT Audit and Tax, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead on various non-client projects within the audit department, such as the creation of audit intranet, development of job feedback system for staff, or development of videos on key audit topics.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA Qualification
  • Experience within the Hospitality sector (this does not need to be extensive)
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
  • Desire to grow and develop your career
