Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, adapting to the needs of each individual
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting a love for swimming
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson performance and achieve targets
Requirements:
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for swimming and a love for teaching
- Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis, as required by the business
