Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Manager to join our IT Team based in Park Royal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the data analytics and business intelligence activity across Wasabi, developing and delivering internal and external data to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and develop reporting solutions.
- Create a matrix data organization with leaders, SMEs, and suppliers to drive data centralization and standardization.
- Take part in strategy, planning, selection, development, and integration of new systems and data partners.
- Provide insights and improvements on existing data flows and drive data governance practices.
- Define the roadmap towards richer data capability, including statistical and generative AI.
- Enhance existing data governance practices to elevate data availability, quality, and security.
- Support the implementation of forward financial planning systems.
- Lead and build a matrix data team from leaders, subject matter experts, and suppliers.
- Define and develop the Wasabi data operating model and organization.
- Act as a trusted data partner, advising stakeholders on data-driven decision-making for business improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization tools (especially PowerBI and Azure Data Warehouse).
- Experience of forward financial planning systems.
- Experience in business partnering and production of business data solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of leading and defining data operating models.
