About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Auditor to join our team at Bureau Veritas. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting professional management system audits to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet the client's requirements and appropriate accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake third-party audits (at the client site, blended or fully remote) across core standards of Quality, Environment and Health & Safety (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) in accordance with internal and external requirements.
  2. Lead the site audit team as required.
  3. Ensure the accuracy, quality and delivery of all audit reports and additional materials in line with agreed timescales.
  4. Identify commercial opportunities for growth.
  5. Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registration and relevant industry knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Broad experience of carrying out either third-party or second-party audits.
  2. Have held positions with responsibility of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems.
  3. Demonstrate strong working knowledge and experience of management system standards, compliance and auditing techniques.
  4. Full and valid UK driving license essential.
