Job Title: Site Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Electrical Engineer to join our team at ABM UK. As a Site Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on our clients' sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on site, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timescales.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all electrical services are delivered to the required standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of electrical systems and technologies, including electrical distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure that all electrical services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 17th/18th Edition Electrical qualification.
  • City and Guilds NVQ3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Testing and Inspection qualification (C&G 2391, 2394/5).
  • Asbestos Awareness qualification.
  • Approved Persons qualification (desirable).
  • PASMA and IPAF qualifications (as required).
