About the Role

As a Trainee Commercial Account Executive, you will work from home in conjunction with lead generators to secure new business, which you will continue to service. Your duties will include attending face-to-face meetings with prospects, fact-finding about their businesses, and presenting your findings to the account handling team to secure competitive deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with prospects to discuss their business needs
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to understand client requirements
  • Present findings to the account handling team to secure competitive deals
  • Work with lead generators to secure new business opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in commercial insurance broking
  • Good working knowledge of commercial lines, including Property, Liability, and Motor insurance
  • A passion for winning new business and building relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
