About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our Packhall Production team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a limited range of packaging line equipment in accordance with the production plan, ensuring product quality standards are met.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging line equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following documented procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and GMP compliance.
  • Ensure product quality standards are met by accurately recording and reporting any issues or deviations.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to the improvement of our production processes.
  • Develop your knowledge of packaging line equipment and participate in basic fault finding and rectification activities.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to resolve complex line issues.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production operations.

Your Profile

  • GCSE (or equivalent) education.
  • Good basic math and English skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
