About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Group Worker. This is a part-time, permanent position, working 6 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Youth Group Leader in planning and delivering activities for children and young people.
  • Work with the Youth Group Leader to develop and implement programs that promote the well-being and development of young people.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to participate in activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of youth programs.
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and creativity in working with children and young people.
  • Ability to support children and young people in having fun and engaging in activities.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (paid for by The Oaklea Trust).
