We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried GP to join our successful practice in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. As a Salaried GP, you will have the opportunity to work in a well-managed and supportive environment, with a clear team ethos and a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care as a Salaried GP, working 4-8 clinical sessions per week
- Contribute to the development of the practice and its team, through participation in regular meetings and training sessions
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours cover as required
- Competitive salary of £72,000-£80,000 FTE, with opportunities for additional income through DPE
- Indemnity cover and NHS Pension enrolment
- BMA contract and Systm One practice software
- Registered GP with the GMC, with the right to work in the UK and inclusion on the NHS performers list
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
