Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: £21.30 + weekend enhancements

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team at Willing Care as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents with nursing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to gather comprehensive medical histories and craft personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by healthcare providers, maintaining strict adherence to proper dosage and administration techniques.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and meticulously document medical data to track patient progress and ensure accurate treatment assessments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
  • Provide invaluable emotional support and educational guidance to both patients and their families, fostering a supportive and nurturing healthcare environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols for precise record-keeping and continuity of care.
  • Uphold stringent adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols to safeguard patient safety, while actively promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the healthcare environment.
