We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to become a vital part of our team.

While prior experience in operating machinery within a food or pharmaceutical environment is advantageous, we provide thorough training for all new hires.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential for this role, and candidates should be comfortable utilizing it.

Role Overview: Collaborate with a team of proficient production operatives to manufacture and package vitamins and supplements, ensuring compliance with specifications and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain tableting and packaging machinery
  • Ensure tools and equipment are kept to high standards
  • Adhere to assembly procedures while following cGMP and safety protocols
  • Safely handle and operate equipment, promptly reporting any issues
  • Accurately document and report process and quality checks
  • Meet production schedules and targets consistently
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace using 5S principles
  • Implement Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (AM - 6 am to 1:55 pm, PM – 2:00 pm to 9:55 pm).

Base Salary: Up to £23,200 plus 15% shift premium.
