Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the goods-out team, overseeing inventory, order processing, distribution, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and monitor team KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Host daily meetings with the warehouse team to review priorities, address challenges, and set objectives for the day
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members
- Act as the point of referral for crucial cases, such as inventory discrepancies or urgent orders
- Set up measures to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies
- Coordinate annual stock take and cycle counting procedures
- Follow proper slotting procedure to optimise warehouse layout and maximise efficiency
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
- Confirm order accuracy before shipping, ensuring high standards of quality control
- Investigate incidents and issue reports to management
- Foster a continuous improvement culture
- Monitor product movement and stock levels
