Fram Search is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in a reputable Wealth Management firm based in the UK. Our client is committed to providing exceptional financial advice and wealth management services to a diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, enabling the financial advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors.
- Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements.
- Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
