We are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our Global Customer Care Centre. This role is a permanent, full-time position that offers a blend of home and office working after an initial training period.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of our Outbound team, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing. Your primary focus will be on making outgoing calls to both prospective and existing clients.

Your key duties will include:

  • Following up on various campaigns and managing customer interactions.
  • Protecting ongoing projects while ensuring profitable engagements.
  • Enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication.

We are in search of a candidate who possesses:

  • Experience in handling both outbound and inbound customer inquiries through various channels.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Confidence in reaching out to new and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding established KPIs in a dynamic work environment.
