Job Title: Construction Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead our construction operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement construction strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to site teams.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop site teams to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and equipped to deliver high-quality work.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Background: Extensive experience in a main contracting environment, ideally within a medium-sized company. Tier one experience will also be considered.
  • Leadership Experience: Ideally already in a Director role, but we will consider candidates in senior management roles who are ready to step up.
