Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload, including assisting solicitors in the provision of legal advice.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Draft and review legal documents, forms, and letters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive client or case information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports for solicitors based on case specifications, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
  • Provide administrative support at a high level, including coordinating with other departments and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Private Client Paralegal or Assistant role.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Acute attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
