About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical expertise in long term conditions, supporting practices to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Practices: Provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions, ensuring that clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols and systems.
  • Clinical Reviews: Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or CCG level where there is clinical need, and enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations, promoting the benefits of our clinical services.
