Job Summary:

The Job People is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in a busy distribution center in Crick. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, supporting order picking and packing using RF Scanners, and maintaining accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the warehouse facility in order picking and packing using RF Scanners
• Ensure accuracy in your work to prevent mistakes
• Move pallets and stock to various locations
• Support with loading and unloading deliveries
• Use scanners and labelling machines
• Perform general duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order picking and packing using RF Scanners
• Ability to read and understand English
• Availability to work full-time hours, 40 hours per week minimum
• Experience with Fork lift, PPT Trucks, Counterbalance FLT, and hand scanners
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Shift Hours:

• Fixed day shift
• 8 hours per day
• Some shifts will start from 05.00, 06.00, 07.00, and 08.00
• Monday to Friday
• One department works any 5 from 7 shifts on a rota, so will include weekends
• Weekend support required in busy periods

Pay Rates:

• £12.00 per hour (increases with service)
• £18.00 per hour for overtime
