Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and organizing all surgical bookings, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborating closely with surgeons, medical consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate surgical operations.
- Maintaining precise records and data related to surgical bookings, ensuring all information is current.
- Engaging with patients to provide essential information and address any questions regarding their surgical procedures.
- Assisting in the creation and execution of booking protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles within a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with healthcare professionals and patients alike.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for data entry and record management.
- Minimum educational requirement of A-Level standard.
