We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Ewloe. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment, adhering to the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team of clinicians and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- A competitive UDA rate of £15.
- Flexibility in the number of days worked.
- Up to 7,000 UDA's.
- A £10,000 Advanced Performance-Related Bonus.
- Lots of private earning potential, with a 50% split on any private work completed.
- Develop your patient base by offering a flexible range of payment options.
Our practice is a modern, fully computerized facility with 5 surgeries, digital x-ray, and Apex Locator. We have a team of experienced longstanding associates and qualified support staff, providing a supportive and collaborative working environment.
