Site Supervisor / Facilities Manager Required

Are you a skilled Facilities Manager or Site Supervisor seeking a rewarding role within the educational sector? Twenty4Seven Education is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the maintenance and safety of multiple school sites in Birmingham.

Position Overview:
This full-time role requires a commitment from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will initially join on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security of the school premises by locking and securing the site.
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inventory checks and manage supply orders.
  • Perform fire alarm tests to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Handle general maintenance tasks and repairs across the sites.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external contractors for larger repair projects.
  • Prepare facilities for significant events, such as parent meetings.

Candidate Requirements:
