Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team at our brand new 106 room aparthotel on Middlesex St in London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management
    • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our housekeeping, front desk, and other teams to ensure seamless operations
    • Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies and equipment
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of maintenance activities
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of English
