Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Heatherwood Court, a centre of excellence in mental health care.

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting best practice and high-quality patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and support the recovery of patients.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and dignity of patients are respected at all times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice and patient safety.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
