This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal assistant or paralegal looking for their first Risk & Compliance position.
In this role, you'll carry out conflicts checks, AML checks, and screening for PEPs, sanctions and other risks, coordinate opening and review of new matters, and be responsible for CDD.

AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conflicts Assistant.
As a Conflicts Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's compliance with AML regulations and conflicts of interest.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough conflicts checks, AML checks, and screening for PEPs, sanctions and other risks.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the opening and review of new matters, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all conflicts and AML checks.
As a Conflicts Assistant, you will work closely with the firm's lawyers and other staff to ensure that all conflicts and AML checks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
You will also be responsible for providing training and support to other staff members on AML regulations and conflicts of interest.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who has experience working in a regulated law firm and has knowledge of AML regulations and conflicts of interest.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
