Credit Management Specialist

At Taylor Hawkes Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales ledger effectively, ensuring customers are invoiced accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Ledger: Ensure customers are invoiced accurately and promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable: Regularly review accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Conduct Credit Checks: Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective international clients, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate Payment Plans: Collaborate with international clients to negotiate payment plans and settlements, taking into account regional regulations and practices.
- Maintain Customer Records: Ensure customer account records are accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the latest information.
- Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on outstanding debts and collection efforts for management review.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth communication for international transactions.
- Professional Relationship: Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, promoting positive business relations.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with financial regulations, international credit control practices, and best practices related to credit management.
