Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to a team of Sales Executives, balancing sales performance with customer satisfaction.
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Upskill the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer management skills.
