Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to efficiently manage warehouse operations
  • Load and unload pallets, and move products around the warehouse
  • Use handheld electronic scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels
  • Work to targets and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with machine operation
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet targets
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
