About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team on a short-term contract. As a junior/mid-level corporate lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients on complex and high-value corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex deals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and effective advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements

  • England & Wales qualified junior/mid-level corporate lawyer with a strong track record of experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Working Arrangements
