Nuclear Island Design Replication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Island Design Replication Specialist to join our team at EDF. As a Change Replication Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation of the SZC replication strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor HPC design changes from both the HPC RD backoffice and Joint Design Office, collaborating with Senior Architects to resolve replication issues.
- Participate in Configuration Management forums, working with technical departments to evaluate the impact of changes on SZC replication.
- Ensure the change process aligns with the SZC replication strategy, properly tagging changes as needed.
- Track and report on HPC design changes and related interfaces, integrating lessons learned from HPC and other EPRs into operational procedures.
- Support the Configuration Manager in improving design stability for effective replication.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- An engineering degree or equivalent.
- Solid experience in nuclear reactor design, having worked in at least two different technical roles within the field.
- Strong technical expertise, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects with diverse teams.
- A pragmatic, solution-focused approach to tackling technical challenges.
