Job Description

**Product Owner Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our talented Technology team at Search 5.0. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of our products, ensuring quality and innovation in every release.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with product owners to align product vision with company goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Maintain high software quality through QA processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate in code reviews, provide feedback, and promote coding standards.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular appraisals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and integrate new technologies into our processes.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager.
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Must be a resident of Northern Ireland and willing to work hybrid in a Ballymena-based office.
