Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified is essential.
