Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Account Manager to join our team at Versende Limited. As a Creative Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of content and creative projects for our clients, including video campaigns, messaging, and visual concepting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key creative projects, including video campaigns, messaging, and visual concepting, to deliver best-in-class content.
  • Analyse and understand project requirements and stakeholder needs, building excellent working relationships with our project team.
  • Manage resource requirements, budgets, team delivery, and governance for assigned projects.
  • Recognise commercial opportunities with existing stakeholders and assist with account development tasks.
  • Be an active part of our client services team, helping to advance best practice and support and mentor other project managers.

Requirements:

  • You are a flexible, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed project/account manager with a passion for delivering great work.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering sizeable content and creative projects for a variety of clients, with B2B marketing and senior stakeholder management experience.
  • You are a confident and empathetic written and vocal communicator, with excellent English language skills and the ability to create succinct, engaging presentations.
  • You thrive at agencies, enjoying the variety and excitement that working across multiple projects brings.
  • You have an understanding and interest in technology and marketing.
  • You are an inquisitive, creative thinker, ready to learn and push yourself to new heights.
  • You are truly collaborative, able to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Proven experience managing global video production projects is desirable.
