Audit Manager

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join their team in West Surrey. As a key member of the audit team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading audit assignments to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and become their primary point of contact.
- Audit Leadership: Lead and manage audit assignments to completion, including managing people, delivery of the assignment, budgets, billing recovery, and client engagement and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Provide support on tenders, proposals, and other business development activities to promote the practice and develop your profile externally.
- Team Management: Contribute to the management of the audit team, audit procedures, and the whole compliance team.
- Line Management: Line manage a small number of more junior team members.
- Professional Development: Consider technical audit and accounting developments and provide training to ensure the team is updated so that high standards are maintained.
- Qualifications: ACCA / ACA qualified or part-qualified.
- Experience: At least 1 year of UK practice experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
- Line Management Experience: Previous line management experience is desirable.
