We're seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to join our team at N Family Club, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our nursery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Face of the Nursery: Welcome parents and children, respond to emails and phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Parent Communications: Respond to parent surveys, action sessional change requests, and ensure personal tours happen on time.
  • Organize Settling-In Sessions: Ensure a smooth transition for new children and their families.
  • Line Management: Supervise the Nursery Operations team, ensuring cleaning and kitchen standards meet N Family Club's high standards.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the nursery's behind-the-scenes systems, processes, and procedures, including budgeting, occupancy management, and team rotas.
  • Commercial Performance: Monitor occupancy, manage the waiting list, and ensure commercial targets are met.
  • Assist the People Team: Support with compliance actions, such as in-person Right to Work verifications.
  • Support Marketing and Events: Assist with the creation of the nursery newsletter and curated events program.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Maintain high standards of behavioral safety, adhering to the company's H&S policy.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, up to 32 days of holiday, and a personal development fund.
