Exciting Opportunity for SC Cleared IT Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our dynamic team in Derby. As an SC Cleared IT Technician, you will play a critical role in providing break-fix solutions and hardware diagnostics, collaborating with the Hardware team to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Hardware team to provide break-fix solutions and hardware diagnostics.
  • Perform laptop and desktop builds.
  • Participate in the Tech Bar on a rota basis.
  • Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.

Requirements:

  • Current valid SC clearance.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
