This is a fast-paced role within the food industry, responsible for managing orders from start to finish. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders, whether via EDI or direct, and input them onto SAGE.
- Work with customers to agree on best before dates and delivery dates.
- Collaborate with the factory and stock room to ensure food stock availability with the right shelf life.
- Assist the stock room in planning tasks, including labelling and packing to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Arrange and book pick-ups and deliveries, regularly communicating with transport providers.
