At Gist, we're looking for a skilled Warehouse Section Leader to join our team in Barnsley. As a key member of our operation, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their favourite M&S food on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear communication and feedback to colleagues, setting clear examples and expected outcomes.
  • Understand and deliver against the operational plan for the day, taking accountability for a specific operational area.
  • Support with immediate resolution of safety concerns and escalation of safety incidents, hazards, or near misses.
  • Be responsible for delivery of operational service KPIs and coach colleagues to improve their performance.
  • Support the induction of new starters and ongoing legal and operational training requirements for colleagues.
